Holding an MBA in Entrepreneurship, his innovative approach helps him excel in building effective teams and processes to provide premier landscaping services. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and young children and escaping the city whenever possible.

A born and raised Albertan, Susie is LBN's go-to person for Human Resources, Safety & keeping the office from falling apart. She's detail oriented by day and family-oriented by night, juggling a husband, two cats, a dog and a baby (because who needs sleep, right?). When she's not keeping the team aligned with the company strategies focused on its people, she's busy having fun managing her own herd at home. Susie's talent for quick problem solving, organization and simplifying the process helps LBN maintain accountability and running a smooth ship.

Originally from Ukraine, Viktoriia has been happily calling Calgary home since 2022—despite still negotiating with the cold weather, icy roads, and the fact that winter seems endless. At LBN, she is the go-to person for invoicing, billing inquiries, expenses management, and making sure things don’t slip through the cracks. Viktoriia is detail-driven, solution-focused, and known for tracking down information faster than anyone can say “where is that invoice?" During the day, she keeps projects on schedule, documents organized, and communication flowing. After hours, she supports her athlete swimmer son—juggling practices, competitions, and schedules—while still somehow finding time to watch her favourite movies and series. Efficiency clearly doesn’t clock out at 5 p.m. Her ability to simplify processes, catch errors before they become problems, and maintain order helps the team stay accountable and keep operations running smoothly.

Growing up in a small town in BC, Christian helped his mom in the garden and explored the backcountry with his dad. This spurred a lifelong interest in plants and the outdoors. Our Central Zone clients love working with Christian, especially when it comes to beautifying their properties.
