Riley comes to LBN with 12 years of leadership experience, he has a successful track record of leading high-performing corporate finance teams, managing investments, and directing finance strategies.

Holding an MBA in Entrepreneurship, his innovative approach helps him excel in building effective teams to provide premier landscaping services. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his young children and escaping the city whenever possible.

Operations Manager

Erica has been in Calgary for over ten years navigating the cold weather and Winter driving conditions. Her love of plants and nature in general lead Erica to pursue a degree in Environmental Sciences.

When she's not managing the company's long and short term operations, she can be found playing soccer, kayaking or travelling. Erica bring a humours, intelligent and highly observant approach to everything she does, helping LBN thrive daily.

People & Culture Manager

A born and raised Albertan, Susie is LBN's go-to person for Human Resources, Safety & keeping the office from falling apart. She's detail oriented by day and family-oriented by night, juggling a husband, two cats, a dog and a baby on the way (because who needs sleep, right?).

When she's not keeping the team aligned with the company strategies focused on its people, she's busy having fun managing her own herd at home. Susie's talent for quick problem solving, organization and simplifying the process helps LBN maintain accountability and running a smooth ship.
